Feeling very blessed and humbled today thinking of my Wife. We spent the night last night in the ER and it reminded me just how strong, amazing, loving, selfless and completely blessed I am that God allowed me to be her husband. Hospitals dont bring the best memories and when our kids are there fear can creep in.......She was is and will be an amazingly strong Women and I am literally humbled that I get to go home to her tonight.
Continuing my week long Humility focus.....I want to talk to the Men out there. Men, how many times have we let our pride hurt our wife's or even make them stumble in their faith or love for us. Pride is a big ugly monster that can terrorize our homes.
DAY 3: Today, I will put my wife's needs above and before my own. Men, will you join me? Lets get in the kitchen of our homes and make some humble pie for dinner! Blessings!
Ephesians 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her; 26 that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she should be holy and blameless.
